Haymill have recently added the exciting Mazda franchise to our already long established and successful Saab business.

With this major expansion we very quickly and with very little notice needed a large amount of temporary and permanent IT and Telephony services, this included a requirement to supply and connect users over three separate locations.

DYTS rose to the challenge and worked within the time frame that suited our business this greatly reduced the impact on our staff.

Now that we have an additional franchise we needed to link separate physical locations together and this has been provided by DYTS, from supplying the VPN lines to installing the equipment all work was carried out with zero fuss.

We have also asked DYTS to look at providing a solution for accessing our network for home and remote warehouse users, DYTS have suggested Microsoft Terminal services and have installed a test server here at Haymill for us to trial, so far with very impressive results.

The VPN has enabled key staff to connect to the computers at the main site and work just as if they were sitting here at the desk. They can even choose to use printers locally to them or use the machines here in the main office.

The VOIP not only delivers cost free calls between the sites, but keeps the other phone lines free for customers.

Tool-Temp Ltd contracted DYTS to install a new computer network for use by internal and external people, utilising terminal services software for the external people to have full access to the software running on the office based server. The whole project was managed in a professional manner with all timescales achieved and was remarkably completed within the budgeted price.
